Live Meeting Add-In for Lotus Notes
With the Live Meeting Add-In for Lotus Notes, you can:
- Schedule a Live Meeting from Lotus Notes.
- Jump directly to meet now and send an invitation for others to join.
- Login as presenter from Lotus Notes to a scheduled meeting.
- Identify individual meeting participants as attendees or presenters.
- Send separate invitations for attendees and for presenters.
- Specify default meeting options and override those defaults for specific meetings.
- Use the LM Portal to authenticate from Notes to Live Meeting for scheduling or attendance.
